My most popular service. Sustained and detailed support as you write your book. Choose this service whether you need help with plotting/structure, characterisation, language, or any combination of these.
Editorial assessment
I can write a report on your completed book. I require a chapter/scene breakdown so that I can see your intentions, though I can guide you in how to write this. Email if you would like to read an example report.
Ready to submit your book to agents? While I cannot advise you on which agents to approach, I can help you perfect your synopsis and your submission letter. Priced at around £200.
Copy editing and proofreading
Sentence-level work on your finished book. Depending on what your book needs, this can be copy editing (grammar, consistency, clarity and flow), proofreading (catching the last slips and typos before publication), or both. Pricing depends on the state of the manuscript, so send me a sample.
